Mentor MA and PhD graduate students and advise undergraduate
students; assist in the development of curriculum and program
development; present research findings to interested local groups,
partner with local community agencies for service-learning class;

institution building

intellectual, emotional, and economic advancement, plan and coordinate

While at Brown, I
found many interesting programs such as the Africana Studies Departmentand the Sarah Doyle Women's Center. Also, there were great opportunities for
students to participate in the Brown -- Tougaloo Exchange Programand the Rites and Reason Theater.
